We’ve Moved Away from Book Reviews
For many years, IndependentPublisher.com published original reviews of noteworthy new titles selected by our editorial staff from review submissions and entries into our book award programs. We featured outstanding books in articles and round-ups throughout the year, helping to shine a spotlight on the thousands of exceptional — and often overlooked — independently published titles released annually.
Our commitment to celebrating excellence in independent publishing led to the creation of our first awards program, the Independent Publisher Book Awards, in 1996. Over time, that mission evolved.
We have since moved away from offering individual book reviews to focus exclusively on our five annual award programs, which continue to recognize and honor the best in independent publishing across all genres. These programs remain one of the most effective ways for authors and publishers to gain meaningful exposure and industry recognition.
